At Plenty River RV, we are committed to providing fast, reliable shipping across Australia and New Zealand. Please review the information below before placing your order.
⏱️ Order Processing
- We aim to process and dispatch all in-stock orders within 1 business day (Monday–Friday, excluding public holidays).
- Orders placed before 10:00 AM AEST are typically dispatched the same business day.
- During peak periods, public holidays or promotional events, dispatch times may be slightly longer.
🚚 Domestic Shipping (Australia)
We deliver Australia-wide using trusted courier partners.
Standard Shipping
- Flat Rate: $12.00 AUD
- Estimated Delivery: 2–6 business days
Free Standard Shipping
- Free on orders over $79 AUD
- Estimated Delivery: 2–6 business days
Express Shipping
- Flat Rate: $16.00 AUD
- Estimated Delivery: 1–3 business days

📦 Bulky Item Shipping
Certain products are classified as bulky due to their size, length or weight.

🚛 Oversized Freight
Some products require specialised freight handling due to their size or weight.
These orders are shipped via Direct Freight Express, StarTrack or another suitable freight carrier.

Please note:
- Free shipping over $79 AUD does not apply to oversized freight.
- Rural, remote and last-mile delivery areas are determined by our freight carriers.
- If your delivery address incurs additional freight charges that are not collected at checkout, we will contact you before dispatch to arrange payment of any additional freight charges.
- Additional freight charges may vary depending on the delivery location, shipment size and carrier requirements.
🌏 International Shipping (New Zealand)
- Flat Rate: $14.95 AUD
- Free shipping promotions do not apply to international orders.
- Estimated delivery times may vary depending on destination and customs processing.
📝 Additional Information
- Delivery estimates commence once your order has been dispatched.
- Delivery times may vary during public holidays, peak shopping periods and promotional events.
- Once your parcel has been dispatched, delivery is the responsibility of the shipping carrier.
- A tracking number will be emailed once your order has been shipped.
❌ Missed Deliveries & Incorrect Addresses
If no one is available to receive your parcel:
- Standard parcels may be redirected to a local collection point.
- Freight deliveries via Direct Freight Express are generally left in a safe location unless Signature Required has been requested.
If Signature Required has been selected:
- Direct Freight Express will make one delivery attempt.
- A $15 AUD redelivery fee may apply if another delivery attempt is required.
Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate. Orders returned due to incorrect or incomplete address details may incur additional freight charges for re-delivery.
📦 Damaged or Missing Deliveries
If your order arrives damaged, incomplete or appears to have been lost in transit, please contact us as soon as possible.
To help us resolve the issue quickly, please provide:
- Your order number.
- Photos of the damaged product(s) and packaging (where applicable).
- A brief description of the issue.
We will work with the shipping carrier to investigate the matter and, where appropriate, arrange a replacement, repair or another suitable resolution.
Please notify us of any transit damage or missing items within 7 days of receiving your order.

Free local pickup is available.
Simply select "Pickup" at checkout.

⚠️ Important Information
- Bulky and oversized items cannot be delivered to PO Boxes or Parcel Lockers.
- A residential or business street address is required for bulky and oversized freight deliveries.
- Shipping prices displayed at checkout apply to standard parcel orders. Bulky and oversized products are subject to the freight charges outlined above.
- We reserve the right to contact customers if additional freight charges apply due to oversized items, multiple bulky products, delivery to rural or remote locations, or carrier-designated surcharge areas.
- Orders containing a combination of standard, bulky and/or oversized items will incur the applicable shipping charges for the bulky or oversized products.
- To ensure safe transport and the most efficient delivery, some orders may be split into multiple parcels and/or shipped using multiple carriers. This is a normal part of our fulfilment process and will not affect your order. Tracking information for each shipment will be provided where applicable.
